Media
We collect uploaded zip files. This files must only contain Content Management System(CMS)/Script and its database. We then upload these files to your server for instillation, which becomes your website.
Contact forms
We collect informations like your full name and email. We use these information in providing you our hosting services, creating invoices, important notifications such has a renewal notice.
Cookies
If you leave a comment, make an order or fill any of our forms on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
We may place a cookie on your computer during the web visit so that we can identify unique or repeat visitors. This cookie includes no personal data and you may disable it on your browser.
Logged files
Our servers may record certain information that your web browser sends. How long we retain your data
If you have requested and order and made a payment, we will retain your information for the duration of your service subscription and additional one month, after which it will be deleted permanently.
If you have requested an order without payment, we will retain your information for seven days after which it will be deleted permanently.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a subscription service with us, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you (full name and email), including any data you have provided to us, except the files uploaded to your server and database. We are not responsible in anyway or form for the files uploaded on your server or database. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Note that once you request your data to be deleted, we will be unable to send you an invoice or render any of our service therefore your subscription/ hosting plan will be terminated without a refund.
